Skin care steps

1.Cleanse: Start by gently cleansing your face to remove dirt, oil, and makeup. Use a product that is appropriate for your skin type.

2.Tone: Next, use a toner to help balance your skin's pH and tighten pores.

3.Exfoliate: Exfoliating your skin helps to remove dead skin cells and improve the texture and appearance of your skin. You can exfoliate using a physical exfoliant (such as a scrub) or a chemical exfoliant (such as an alpha-hydroxy acid).

4.Treat: If you have specific skin concerns (such as acne or dark spots), you can apply a treatment product to address those issues.

5.Moisturize: Finally, moisturize your skin to help hydrate and protect it. Choose a moisturizer that is appropriate for your skin type.

It's also important to protect your skin from the sun by using a sunscreen with at least SPF 30. You can apply sunscreen as the final step in your skin care routine, or you can use a moisturizer that contains sunscreen.

You should follow your skin care routine twice a day (morning and evening) for best results. It's also a good idea to cleanse your skin after sweating or exercising.
